Per State of California Legislation AB1305, entities residing in California are temporarily prohibited from buying Carbon Credits via this website. Instead, please email your purchase inquiry to: sales.northamerica@southpole.com.
This new California state legislation in California requires entities marketing carbon credits within the state to make certain disclosures about the credits being offered. This law also requires companies using carbon credits for certain claims to make disclosures about the credits they have purchased. That is why the sale of carbon credits is restricted in this state.
